Quick trip to Nürnberg tonight. Hard time finding which parking garage we parked in but other than that a great night.
Been here for a week already! Already seen some beautiful places. Other than the drive back from the airport we haven't been more than 45 minutes from the house. Can't wait until we have some more free time when Ryan isn't working and we can adventure out a little further.
I am really looking forward to going to Berlin and seeing some of the restored castles else where here in Germany. Would also love to make it to London, Paris, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Ireland, Britain… I’m not sure how many of those will actually get crossed off but hey a girl can dream. Even if we don't make it out of the country there are so many things too see and do here in Germany.
Haven't been studying German as much as I was. I am looking forward to getting back in it and learning some more of the language so that it is easier to converse when we are out. We manage and a lot of the German's do speak a little English so we get by but it will be nice when I can learn some more of the language and not be such a "tourist" all the time.
Nürnberg looks great- I am so jealous. I have always wanted to travel Europe- maybe I can convince Bobby to let me help you cross those countries off your list. :-) Well a girl can dream! It looks beautiful, how's the weather? I can't wait to hear all about Caelyn and Eli in the snow!!
ReplyDeleteThe pictures are wonderful! I keep checking to see what you are doing and the new things you are learning but there is nothing new :-( .... So I am guessing unpacking, filling out paperwork, meeting new people, being a wife, a mom to a 5 year old and a 2 year old in a foreign country is taking up some of your time. I would be happy with pictures of your house and the playground. Thanks for sharing!
