Been a busy few days so Caelyn hadn’t been able to ride her bike again since the first night she got it. She had been asking pretty much nonstop. So in the afternoon while Eli was taking his nap I took Caelyn out to give it another try. She did a great job. She was still having a balancing issue at first. So mommy got a good work out running next to the bike. After about 30 minutes or so she got the hang of it and was off.
When most kids realize that their parent has let go of the bike they freak out and crash. Not my daughter. She was so proud of herself that she started giggling so hard that she almost crashed. It was adorable!
She loves to ride her bike and ask almost every day when she gets home from school if she can go out and ride. She usually only gets to ride right behind the house unless Ryan is home. But hopefully we’ll get some air in the bike trailer tiers and we will be able to go on a real bike ride before the snow comes.
